Planning a private event is an exciting journey that involves some thoughtful planning to make sure everything goes smoothly. To reserve your special date, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit at least two weeks ahead, which helps us kickstart the preparations. A week before the event, we’ll need an additional 50% payment so that we can finalize everything to your liking. The remaining balance can be settled when you arrive, ensuring everything is just as you imagined.

It's a good idea to decide on the menu in advance so we can cater to your tastes. You also have the option to include or exclude decorations, customizing the event to fit your vision perfectly. Don’t forget to sort out the music arrangements ahead of time, as it will add to the ambiance and make the event truly unforgettable for everyone involved.
